Private Sector Team Lead

I’m a technology recruiter with many years’ experience of hiring the best talent available for financial markets and other private sector clients.  Over time I’ve hired people from first line support to IT Directors and everything in between – development, testing, business analysis, quant & data analysis, PMO, project/programme management, etc.  I’ve specialised in finding talent for niche positions within investment management and investment banking, covering a range of systems, solutions and technologies.

Technology recruitment has been my life for many years and InterQuest has been at the heart of what I do for most of that time.  I have a fantastic time, building relationships with many interesting people from all sorts of backgrounds and I feel privileged to have maintained many associations that were formed when I started in this career. 

I currently manage the Private Sector team for the Interquest Group.  This is a busy, vibrant unit that works closely together, sharing information, news, market intelligence and resources.  We place people in a variety of technology positions with a strong focus on Project/Programme Management, PMO, Business Analysis, Technology Infrastructure (Sys Admin, DBAs, Tech Support, etc.), DevOps and more – from entry level to Director level positions.  Our collegiate and collaborative culture ensures that we consistently deliver results.  We love nothing more than a challenge and when we’re faced with a tough assignment we pool our knowledge and experience, truly supporting one another for those all-important successful outcomes.  Above all else, we value honesty, integrity and transparency; we don’t take ourselves too seriously but we are serious about what we do.  Ensuring that everyone we are working with benefits from what we do is really what counts.
