Noah Dorfman - 3 Month Anniversary Insights

Are you considering a career in recruitment? We interviewed Noah Dorfman, one of our delivery consultants celebrating his three year anniversary with InterQuest, and asked what he's learned and how he's enjoyed his experience so far.

Why did you decide to join the InterQuest Team?

I wanted to join InterQuest because I felt I would be able to be help people take the next step their career path and in doing so further mine as well. I also wanted to get out what I put into a job, and I felt InterQuest gave me that opportunity.

What projects have excited you the most?

I have been working with the same client since I started a few months ago and now that I have gained a little more experience under my belt, I am excited to start the process of trying to bring on some of my own clients.

How do you feel like you've grown with InterQuest?

Since joining InterQuest I feel like I’ve become much more comfortable on the phone when speaking to candidates. I am understanding more and more about the positions/roles I am looking for, along with what type of candidate would be a good fit for this role. Personally, I feel like I’ve gained a lot more confidence in not only myself but my skills as well.

What are you passionate about in life?

I’m very passionate about my family, friends, and hockey. Still playing to this day, I feel like have a passion outside of work helps me keep a great mental balance.
