My client, a global organisation with a huge presence in the retail market is keen to bring on an enthusiastic and intelligent 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst for their growing IT Team.
They are looking for someone that can support their large user base and clients with excellent customer service throughout. You will be someone that is keen, hardworking and able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team.

The key skills are:
1st / 2nd line support experience (minimum 2 years)
Good IT Skills.
Good Microsoft skills and application knowledge
Active Directory
Excellent communication
Ability to pick things up quickly
Enthusiastic and passionate
Ability to work under pressure and to agreed targets
Excellent customer service skills
