ECOM are working with a really impressive Marketing Services Agency based in Camden and they’re now on the lookout for a Head of Accounts to retain and grow their key relationships with some of the UK’s most impressive tech and eGaming clients. Ideally you’ll have an account management background but also be well versed within the Digital Marketing world, especially affiliates and partnerships.

The Role:
• Proactively seek out new affiliate advertising partners and deals worldwide.
• Account manage a portfolio of existing partners; monitor conversion and optimise advertising agreements to deliver revenue increases.
• Point of contact for existing and new partner relationships, including external account managers and marketing departments.
• Negotiate and close bespoke commercial deals where necessary to attract additional revenue.
• Responsible for advertising and revenue reporting and data analysis, with a strong focus on maximising ROI and growth.
• Liaise with our Finance department and assist the development of effective internal systems for Account reporting across the business.
• Monitor and track performance and KPIs, as well as accuracy of data.
• Liaise with internal Tech, Conversion, Marketing and Content teams to deliver assets and successful advertising campaigns.
• Manage, lead and grow an industry-leading Accounts team.

• A proven track record in managing online advertising and promotions.
• experience in Account Management and/or Sales.
• Experience of running online affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Ability to communicate confidently, effectively and professionally with third parties and individuals within the company.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Client management experience.
• A proven track record in creating and executing online marketing campaigns that with a goal of generating new sign ups and increased revenue.
