Mid-weight UX designer
Up to £40k
Central/East London

The Role.
A perfect role for a Mid-weight UX designer working with some great clients do large pieces of work whilst being mentored by two UX leads. The work will be varied with some work being the full ownership of well-known business digital presence whilst other parts will be more specific, workshops, wireframing or research to suit the client’s needs. Working within the team also there will be a Junior UX/Intern where it will be your responsibility to mentor, developing your leadership skills and in all honesty allowing you to give up some bits and pieces you would rather not be doing!

The Agency
A great agency which I would say has establish some strong partnerships with clients which means the work is not small and 'bitty' but allows to dive in and deliver with passion. About 65 strong, with some great talent on board and a very communicative senior leadership team which makes the business very close and moving in the same direction. Not one of those 'trendy' agencies with beanbags and an office full of gadgets, the environment is one of a great fun and valued experience which would be ideal in a mid-weights progression to Senior.
