InterQuest Group – Public Sector Practice are working alongside a world renowned Central London University to on-board an eCommerce Business Analyst to review and update an existing requirement to replace their sales solution.

The BA will use the organisation’s wider eCommerce strategy and revenue streams to assess what solution will best suit the needs of the University in a long term capacity. This position will require someone who has a strong background in the requirements gathering phase of projects with regards to digital solutions. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders to identify their requirements for selling a variety of products.

Key Deliverables:
• Project Brief for replacement of the solution
• Set up of steering committee to guide the project from Project Brief (gate 1) to Business Case (gate 2)
• Develop strategy for extension of existing technology to support University’s e-commerce vision
• Validate existing requirements for replacement of solution
• Extend and finalise functional and non-functional requirements for the solution
• Draft business case for replacement of the solution
