Customer Success Manager – Financial Services

Disruptive SaaS start up requires a trusted advisor to improve their clients experience and encourage organic growth.

What does that mean?

With a number of new customer wins on the horizon, my client require somebody to own these relationships, make sure the customer is happy with the solution and deriving maximum benefit. This will include ensuring the platform is being utilised to full potential, that they are happy to renew, and advise on other areas of the business that the platform could be of benefit.

What do they do?

My client have created an innovative solution in the lucrative Fintech space and already have some impressive client wins. They have received backing from leading tech start up enablers and have huge growth plans, aiming to double YoY. The solution focuses around critical events in the financial services – major IT transformations, change events, disaster recovery etc. and bucks the trend by providing technical and human orchestration to run these projects avoiding costly disruption and down time. If this is starting to resonate with you, then you might just be the person they’re looking for.

What would make you suitable?

My client’s vision of the perfect person for this is somebody that has ran these events through legacy means, experienced frustrations and ultimately can truly see the benefit of the solution. This person should be able to relate to the problems it addresses and will be able to confidently champion the benefits to customers feeling these pains. You will be a strong stakeholder manager, been working in a heavy client facing capacity, and get satisfaction out of your customers’ success.
