My client, a well established, global hospitality firm, is looking for a motivated and dynamic Destination Marketing Manager, with focus on the execution of the Marketing and eCommerce strategy according to the defined destination.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be:
• Delivering strategy for defined customer segments and origin
• Driving marketing and eCommerce activity
• Supporting in-market relationships
• Measuring and reporting performance on a regional basis and communicating with senior management
• Collaborating and partnering with contacts and internal teams
• Maintaining and optimising digital efforts
• Supporting the performance of non-contracted leisure business by taking on responsibility for channel performance, including CRM, Paid Channels, Social, SEO
• Working on online and offline mix

• Collaboration skills with partners across multiple markets
• Teamwork skills
• Creative and able to come up with solutions
• Communication of ideas and presentation of findings to internal and external customers
• Experience reviewing, manipulating and reporting data
• Proficient in using MS office suite
