Head of Marketing and Creative

My non for profit client have a brand new role available – Head of Marketing and Creative, which will form a cruciasl part in their future strategy and the overall transformation of the business. They are going through an extremely exciting time at the moment and their marketing and digital department are being heavily invested in.

Context: The marketing ands creative department liaise with the organisations key stakeholders, to make sure that marketing and creative services form an integrated part of this organisations campaigns and activities which help transform the organisations influence and impact.

The Head of Marketing and Creative will have a strong strategic and operational responsibility, influencing people of all level and really helping transform, change and drive their marketing and creative strategy. Their scope will encompasses all aspects of marketing and brand management for this non for profit organisation.

The Head of Marketing and Creative will have overall responsibility for the quality, consistency and strategic direction of this organisations Marketing and Creative services and helping drive large scale change. This will involve the delivery of cross-channel, high profile impactful marketing campaigns that drive action and engagement with the organisation.

This role will understand emerging trends in marketing and creative content, and work to understand how these innovations can be applied to the organisations context. This may mean this person comes across people who do not want change but in this way this person should have excellent inspiration and stakeholder skills to help drive the change and excite the business with the prospect of transformation.

Lead the development and implementation of the marketing and creative strategy with plans and activities to raise brand awareness.
Provide effective leadership and build strong working relationships with departments across the organisation.
Play a key role as a member of the UK Executive Board in developing their strategic priorities.

Manages the Marketing and Creative Department budget, operating within the budgetary limits of the Department, and in accordance with their policies / processes.

The Head of Marketing and Creative will furthermore have overall responsibility for all technical equipment to include cameras, video, editing suites. To be the guardian of event photography, filming and intellectual property, managing distribution of logos, copy and images, including all imagery/footage used on the web.
