Customer Service Manager

Are you an experienced Customer Service Manager / Support Manager looking for a new challenge? Our global client is looking for an additional Customer Support Manager to join their busy team who are responsible for improving customer experience, SLA management and driving service improvement.

You will be the Customer Advocate dealing with a portfolio of customers, ensuring SLAs are being met, handling customer queries and disputes, customer reporting and generally making sure the customer is happy with the service!

You will be an experienced Customer Service / Customer Support Manager with proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the telecoms or technical sector.

You will have Service Management background
Familiarity with all / some of the following products – Voice, Data, IP, Security, UCC, CDN, Professional Services
Strong Relationship management
Customer facing
Contractual alignment / discipline / SLA monitoring experience

This is initally a 9 month position
£300 per day
