Due to our client's continuing growth, they are looking for a talented and highly motivated
individuals to immediately join their busy studio support team servicing their
worldwide client base. The primary responsibilities of this role are as follows:

? Provide face-to-face, telephone and email support to our clients across the
entire range of our services and solutions with a studio focus
THE ROLE
Due to our continuing growth we are looking for talented and highly motivated individuals to immediately join our client’s busy support team servicing their worldwide client base.

The primary responsibilities of this role are as follows:
• Installation, configuration and on­going maintenance of all equipment both within the network and at client and third­party locations
• Provide telephone and email support to our clients across the entire range of services.
• Attend client meetings to provide technical support to our sales team as required
• Developing and writing detailed process and systems documentation
• Opportunity for additional remuneration and professional challenges through working out
of hours engineering on call
• Opportunity to travel in order to support domestic and international clients
• This position is primarily based out of their London office and reports to the Lead Support Engineer, however as is usual in a small company the successful candidate will also be involved across other areas of our business as required.

SKILLS & EDUCATION

Networking
• An excellent in­depth understanding of Computer Networking and TCP/IP, including experience with VLANs as a necessity
• A preliminary understanding of routing protocols such as BGP & OSPF, whilst knowledge of MPLS being an advantage
• Experience with networking devices and the concepts they exemplify (switches, routers, firewalls, access points from vendors such as Juniper, Brocade, Cisco, HP, Dell or Palo Alto)
• Experience of the configuration of firewalls and establishing IPSec VPNs
• Knowledge of security mechanisms and components for both networking and computing (e.g., firewalls, routers, IDS, passwords, encryption/decryption)
• Knowledge of automation tools such as trigger, ansible, farbic would be advantageous
• Ideally educated to degree level or recognized equivalent

System Administration
• An excellent understanding of Computer Networking and TCP/IP, including experience with VLANs as a necessity
• System Administration of either Linux/Unix/BSD
• Experience in computing security concepts including an introduction to firewalls and their concepts
• Experience in the construction and operation of complex systems, including the following areas:­
• Multi tenanted high performance storage.
• High performance computing.
• Virtualization.
• Being competent in a Programming/scripting language e.g. Python
• Ideally educated to degree level or recognised equivalent
