Service Desk Support Analyst - London - IT/Telecoms - Networks

Our client is a London based multi-award winning solutions unified communications and document management services with 25 years’ experience. They have a dynamic solutions portfolio that spans Voice, Data, Mobile and Managed Documents. As part of a continued growth drive they are looking to augment their team by adding a Service Desk Support Analyst to their fun, innovative and faced paced environment.

Responsibilities

Answering incoming calls and emails from business customers
Providing first line support and first contact resolution
Ensuring all calls or logged on the CRM system
Assigning cases to relevant team members
Meeting SLA targets
General Admin duties

Required Competencies

Minimum one year experience in either IT or Telecoms Service Desk
A customer focussed approach
Calm and solution focussed with a can-do attitude
Clear and professional spoken and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task whilst maintaining accuracy
Minimum one year experience in either IT or Telecoms Service Desk

Desirable

Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Experience providing mobile support for customers and dealing with suppliers
Knowledge or Avaya and/or Mitel telephone systems to an administrative level.
A good grasp of basic IT Networks and how they operate
