Security Business Analyst

You will work as part of the Security Programme team to understand and document the bank’s business requirements and to work with specialist teams to translate them into IT solutions.
We are looking for a positive, self motivated professional, with a natural talent for analysis and a real attention to detail. You will be comfortable in adopting a logical and structured approach to deconstruct complex business problems into component parts that can be quantified and delivered.

The ability to communicate confidently and enthusiastically with stakeholders is a must, as is the ability to build productive relationships across our business. Key to success will be your ability to take ownership of the end to end business need and for the quality of what the Programme delivers to the business.

You will have a successful track record as a business analyst working, as part of projects and programmes, to deliver new technology services to a regulated business.You will have substantial experience in producing high quality requirements documentation and in managing requirements generally, and in producing process maps and other supporting documentation.
