My client is a dynamic inspiring organisation, with start-up mentality. They are urgently looking for a proactive and meticulous IT Support Engineer to join their Enterprise systems operations team. You will play a key part in ensuring performance, reliability and services are always available to customers.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Technical Delivery & Support Engineer you will be responsible for:

- Planning and delivery for projects including liaising with the customer

- Configuration of site data onto the client’s application

- Installation and maintenance of applications on client sites

- On boarding & Training to End Users

- Ongoing maintenance visits to client sites

- Ongoing support of sites

- Project Planning

-Obtaining feedback and contribution to the company product development

The role is heavily client focused and requires excellent customer service, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Location- (Central London base) and client sites average 50/50 but can materially change depending upon ongoing project activities. All travel will be within the M25.

MUST have excellent organisation/timekeeping skills

MUST have excellent attention to detail

3 years’ experience in a customer facing technical IT role

A passion for technology and the desire and ability to learn new systems

The key to this role is a hard-working positive attitude as the specific knowledge on applications will be provided during training/shadowing.

Good knowledge of a diverse range of IT disciplines, from mobile apps, networking, and web technologies to 2nd line IT support.
