The Finance Systems team is responsible for all finance systems within group

The Hyperion and Oracle EBS application support is currently provided by a third party service provider. The role will
interface with the third party service provider and the Oracle EBS user community at group to help
validate and document requirements, aid in the development of solutions and review delivery
from the service provider.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Providing an interface between group and the third party service provider across compnay
Oracle EBS instance, ensuring that communication between the two parties is clear and
understood by both sides
• Working with the business for problem resolution and requirement gathering including
the validation of requests from the business
• Aiding the third party provider in the design of solutions
• Providing challenges to service provider on proposed problem resolution and solutions
• Quality assurance – validating the quality of output from the third party service provider
with regards to solutions and deliverables
• Documenting of new requirements from the business to be presented to third party
service provider
• Reviewing current business processes when required and recommending improvements,
either through process or application changes

SKILLS:
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships across functional areas of the business and thirdparty
service providers
• Excellent knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 across all core modules
• Understanding of Hubble reporting preferable or similar solution
• Strong skills in Microsoft applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)
• Excellent SQL skills and analytical ability
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently alone and within a team
KNOWLEDGE:
• Qualified/part qualified accountant or qualified by experience
EXPERIENCE:
• Implementing, managing and supporting Oracle EBS applications
• Testing, process improvement and standardisation
• Process and requirement documentation
• Working in a global finance organisation
• Working with third party support organisations
