Inside Territory Manager for Sweeden – Dublin based

My client is looking for an Inside Territory Manager and are offering a market leading salary and excellent commission structure in place, for those who exceed, there is no limit to your rewards. Relocation assistance is also available where applicable.

Responsibilities include:

• Call out to existing and new potential clients/prospects within your designated territory
• Generate, qualify, develop and close sales using the preferred RTM, through the channel.
• Sell the sales proposition over the phone through competitive positioning, leveraging the portfolio strengths
• Drive a 4:1 pipeline with a minimum 5 new opportunities added to forecast each week and a continuous focus on pipe progression
• Maintain current and accurate account and contact information in SFDC, including updated commitments
• Provide accurate weekly forecasting, including deal value, status, decision makers and steps to close as well as Quarterly Territory Plans
• Keep up to date with Clients products and solutions getting all the needed certifications
• Maintaining knowledge of industry trends and competitive offering
• Attend relevant training as directed by manager

To be considered for this position you will have:

• Knowledge of the industry and your designated region/market
• Professional best practices, better inside an IT call center
• Ability to interact at senior levels internally and with external organizations
• Understanding and knowledge of Channel / Distributors
• Self-confident with the tenacity to succeed
• Hungry for success, highly ambitious, a real hunter
• Fluent in English and second European language
• Relevant sales experience, preferably as inside seller in an IT company
