Senior Business Development Manager - South West - Telecoms/IT

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our Bristol based clients who are specialists in providing managed internet services who are looking to expand their sales team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
Develop business within sectors: managing agents, investment funds – for new student accommodation
Drive our growth and take responsibility for customer acquisition and business expansion with existing clients
Define and implement a collaborative planning process to develop sales forecast/plans and go-to-market strategy
Regularly report your activities, progress and success
80% of the role will be out on customer site – remainder being at the office

Your profile:
3-5 plus years of overall professional experience within broadband/telecommunications solution sales
B2B expertise with a strong sales skillset and good technical knowledge
Experience developing and executing successful sales plans
Experience leading internal initiatives and working across organization to find solutions and establish effective processes
Outstanding problem-solving skills as well as superior interpersonal and influencing skills
Well-developed ability to independently create and effectively deliver presentations, provide recommendations, and develop forecasts
