Service Delivery Manager/Service Desk Manager - Edinburgh, Scotland - permanent up to £55k Benefits

We need a strong Service Delivery Manager/Service Desk Managers with strong people management skills along with technical skills responsible for cocoordinating the delivery of services into key customers (both Internal and External) for a leading ITSM Partner based in Edinburgh, Scotland

You'll act as the bridge between the customer and the operational delivery teams to enhance customer service and provide governance across all areas of their services including service management, incident and change management, configuration management, continual service improvement and customer satisfaction.

You'll have a sound knowledge of tools and techniques to measure service delivery against agreed service levels and have the ability to plan and verify arrangements for disaster recovery. Create, own and implement a Continual Service Improvement plan for allocated services and have knowledge and experience of managing vendors and external service providers

You must have ITIL V3 accreditation essential (Expert), and experience in establishing and maintaining interfaces with major suppliers/partners at a senior level, as well as experience of multi-site \ global teams and commercial SLA management experience.
