Customer Support Lead - Edinburgh - Permanent - up to £35k base

Our ITSM client who are based in Edinburgh are looking to recruit a Customer Support Lead for their Service Operations Centre.

They develop, sell, implement and support a high-value, top tier Enterprise Service Management solution to large blue-chip organizations gloablly.

Your primary role as a Customer Support Lead will be to provide line management and leadership to teams of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Customer Support Analysts who are customer focused.

You will be responsible for day to day quality assurance ensuring accurate recording, progression, resolution and communication of internal and external Customer related issues on the servicedesk are dealt with in a customer centric manner.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the Customer Support Lead role provides leadership, management and guidance on re-active and pro-active Incident and Service Request Management calls reported to the Axios Service Operations Centre.

You need to have significant experience of supporting internal or external customers on a range of complex applications, be able to demonstrate experience of installing and/or maintaining Windows 7\8\10, Windows 2003, 2008, 2012 Server. Ideal experience of configuring and maintaining a mainstream database product such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 or mySQL. Administration, configuration, deployment and sizing of one or more J2EE systems such as JBOSS, WebSphere or WebLogic will be an advantage.
