An excellent opportunity is available for a highly motivated, driven person to offer 1st line support to 200 clients, responding to them in an effective and efficient manner.

The role will require you to will build and develop excellent client relationships to promote our brand and ensure that our customers are receiving the best support for their product. Taking control of a process, you will be able to manage a client from initial call to solution successfully.

You will have an excellent knowledge of IT, especially windows systems and be able to diagnose basic queries when they arise. Knowledge or exposure to SQL servers and SQL Management studio is desirable. Knowledge of the care industry would be beneficial.
