A fantastic permanent opportunity for an ERP Systems Administrator to be based in North Yorkshire.

This is a key role that sits in my clients UK shared services team, giving you an opportunity to take ownership of our NetSuite OneWorld service to all global users, as well as driving ERP strategy and delivery in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
They have a 500 user install base and run a bespoke NetSuite OneWorld configuration that’s embedded globally throughout the company, powering all key business support activity including finance, HR and the tracking of billable time (using timesheets and pre-defined project codes).

Experience Required:

· 3-5 years experience using an ERP in a commercial environment
· A recognized accountancy qualification (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) would be advantageous but not essential
· NetSuite experience would also be a plus but not essential
· Strong Process design skills, ideally focused on standard ERP processes and bespoke business process design
· Understanding of Financial statements and reports (Income Statements, AR/AP reporting, reporting on financial transaction records)
· The ability to improve and standardise existing cross-functional user environments (including Finance, Project Office, Human Resources and others

The Role:

· Day-to-day administration and support of NetSuite OneWorld ERP in a 500 user base, multi-site environment
· Working closely with the finance and CIO teams and senior stakeholders in the UK, Italy, US, and France through daily use of NetSuite OneWorld module
· Managing the development of the company ERP and accounting systems, as well as documenting all systems processes and procedures
· Identifying and delivering new projects to further drive efficiency within the business
· Leading 6 monthly system upgrade, ensuring continuity and minimizing impact to users
· Monitoring the product roadmap through the release cycle and identifying key features to be released
· Taking a central role with the Business Systems steering committee to ensure the system meets the needs of the business
