InterQuest Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our most prestigious clients who are a industry leader in the technology sector, supporting them with the recruitment of a Billings Analyst to join their thriving team in Northampton

The role is a permanent position and ideal candidates will have a strong administrative background

Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for processing a high volume of Accounts Payable invoices
• Dealing with invoice discrepancy and undertaking supplier reconciliations
• Collation of information, reconciliation and creation of customer invoices
• Dealing with customer and business queries relating to invoices and problem solving.
• Posting invoices and credits to finance system.
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and working to strict deadlines.
• Offering a high level of administration and customer service


Experience & Skills
• Acute attention to detail and strong numerate skills in order to work alongside the sales and finance management team.
• The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent administration and customer service skills and the ability to work well with others is essential
• IT literate, previous knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle system
