Interim Sales Training Coach – Financial Services

£300 - £500 per day
3 – 6 months

InterQuest Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our key financial services clients supporting with the recruitment of a Sales Training Coach to support the development of one of their key internal teams

This is an interim role for between 3 – 6 months and offers flexible working patterns

Duties & Responsibilities
• Help to recruit and train sales staff in a Broking Team
• Design and deliver bespoke training, 1:1 coaching and on the job mentoring
• Establish methods to measure internal sales performance and improve this
• Recruit new team members and actively work to develop their knowledge and experience

Skills & Responsibilities
• Ideally five or more year’s sales experience, with some gained in a regulated environment or across Financial Services (FCA).
• Previous experience of recruiting sales staff
• Knowledge and skills in measuring sales performance
