A search strategist. E-commerce savvy. Navigator of paid social.
Being established over four decades, this agency have dominated the retail market and plan to keep this up throughout 2018. With an ever changing marketing landscape, they’re looking to continue to grow their digital offering.

They’re now seeking a senior paid search & social specialist, someone to help guide the wider agency towards this goal.

So, who would be ideal?

We’re looking for someone as ambitious as we are. If this person can come through the doors, hit the ground running and bring everything they have to the table progression to digital strategist will not be far out of reach.
Giving your CV the shine from one of the UK’s design agencies, as well as the experience of involvement with an expanding digital department.

Ideally, an experienced Paid Media specialist with a thorough background across E-commerce. Someone who wants to continue a career within this field and develop their skills within an expanding team.

Personal Particulars:

• 2 years’ experience across Paid Media.
• Excellent Analytics and AdWords skills, including Attribution Models.
• Google AdWords qualified.
• Experience of large client budgets.
• Previous experience managing SME & Ecommerce accounts.
• Excellent communication skills, organised.
• Confident client facing during presentations & Pitches.

• Digitally Aware - Understanding of new technologies and best digital marketing practices, across web build, search & outreach.

• Strategic Minded – Shows an awareness and insight into the key issues our clients look to overcome. With an ability to use this to lead the wider agency towards a common strategic direction for clients.

• Client Focussed – Empathetic towards client needs, with the ability can translate these clearly across internal teams. Ensuring clients see continued ROI, making clear recommendations for optimisation.

• Team Player – With an infectious enthusiasm to work in collaboration across all teams within the agency. Able to assert themselves elegantly when a firmer hand is needed.

• A Natural Mentor – An innate ability to recognise potential. Someone driven to nurture and grow that talent when recognised. Ensuring the agency culture is maintained, ensuring no glass ceiling exists.

• Ability to negotiate - Strong negotiation skills with clients. With an ability to protect the agency’s interests whilst ensuring positive outcomes.
