Title: Head of Customer Analytics

Location: Central London

Salary: up to c.£85k benefits

The role: My client, one of the UK’s most renowned brands, are looking to hire a head of Customer Analytics for their financial services offering. This part of the business has ambitious growth plans, so this role is key to help drive business decisions and growth through the use of insight and analytics. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for the next step up in their career or would just like a new challenge!
Key skills/responsibilities:
• Proven experience of developing and leading a customer analytics function
• Continuously make recommendations around new analytical techniques and tools
• Ability to get “buy in” from senior stakeholders and champion analytics across various functions
• Strong understanding of statistical modelling techniques and tools such as SAS & R
• Able to present complex ideas in a clear and concise way
• Manage and develop a team of 3-4 people with scope to grow this
• Excellent knowledge around forecasting, pricing, digital analytics, campaign analysis
• Drive innovation and change within analytics & help the business to identify emerging/future trends
