InterQuest Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our most successful global clients who are a recognised technology leader, supporting them with the recruitment of a PA based in their London head office. This is a permanent role which will see the successful candidate providing comprehensive PA support to a multiple directors

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in a similar PA role and be accustomed to working at Director or senior level

Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage complex diary arrangements: making appointments; organising and prioritising schedules to accommodate meetings/conferences and external customer and third party meetings and events
• Prepare presentations as required, demonstrating strong PowerPoint or similar system skills
• Manage all incoming and outgoing high level correspondence related to meetings, travel and conferences/events and general office activities, working in partnership with other PAs within the organisation, to share knowledge and ensure effective organisation and communication.
• Coordinate travel arrangements as requested to include bookings, hotel reservations and travel-related documentation for directors and wider team
• Screen and prioritise mail and phone calls, researching and writing correspondence.
• Process expense claims, payment requisition forms, and invoice approvals; liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff as required.
• Organise regular monthly team meetings and liaise with other company locations across the different regions.

Skills & Experience
• Advanced administrative experience as well as strong communication, organizational and IT skills with the ability to prioritise
• Able to work proactively to accommodate a varied schedule and coordination internationally
• Well-developed communications skills and excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation
• Proficient user of key software packages; e.g. Word/PowerPoint/Excel, and initiative to stay current with and improve relevant IT skills required to meet the needs of the business
• Self-motivated and professional manner, able to demonstrate a confident and calm demeanor and capable of supporting and interacting with colleagues at all levels
• Act as a liaison between any external or internal executives, managers, and consultants
