InterQuest Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our key clients a technology leader in the recruitment of a Contracts Administrator to be based out of their key Northampton site

This role will specialise in client and customer contracts, creating service accounts and processing client order requests

Duties & Responsibilities
• Data entry of Customer orders based on data supplied by the internal sales team
• Checking client contract information including billing accounts, prices, services accounts, credit approval, assets, duration
• Order entry of all order types into a bespoke system set up
• Invoicing to the customer and ongoing monitoring of orders
• Managing incoming queries from the internal Sales Team and Clients
• Creating service accounts
• Terminating existing lease contracts as required
• Working to set SLAs and delivering a high level of customer (internal and external) satisfaction

Skills & Responsibilities
• Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years ‘experience in an admin, preferably in a data entry and/or reporting related role
• Good general computer knowledge with including Microsoft Excel, knowledge or previous experience of using Oracle, Siebel or AS400 would be a distinct advantage
• A proven background in a similar role would be ideal and the ability to manage a challenging workload and deal directly with key customers
• Able to prioritise work effectively and utilise effective communication to build relationships with key clients
• Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn or undertake new responsibilities
