InterQuest are currently recruiting on behalf of a General Insurance client of ours based in the South West.

Overview
The role will be to supporting the business to measure, monitor and manage and report group wide risks, working closely with the Finance team reviewing all forms of risk management. The group are also progressing with their Internal Model Application Process (IMAP) and will require ad hoc support on this project. Stress and scenario testing for the Group and input to the wider ORSA process including production of the annual ORSA report for Board approval. You will also support the development and production of the Actuarial Function Reports.

Candidate profile
* Evidence of working with the UK regulator on stress and scenario testing, ICA, or similar regulatory submissions
* Good knowledge of Solvency II regulations
* Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and proactively as well as leading a team
* Strong project capability
* Analytical mindset
* The successful candidate will idealy be a Newly or Post Qualified Actuary with experience in the GI industry.
