IQ Talent Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our key clients supporting with the recruitment of an Interim Campaign Executive

This role is ideally looking to start as soon as possible so would suit candidates who are immediately available or have short notice periods

The Role
This role will work closely with the reporting manager to develop, execute and deliver against key marketing initiatives and campaigns for the assigned category. The person will contribute to development of marketing strategies and work with global & regional counterparts to lead the execution of projects end-to-end.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Actively contribute to the assigned Marketing strategy development process and explore and develop mechanics to deliver against category marketing product innovation
* Develop campaigns plans - messaging, channel, delivery etc.
* Work with agency and internal stakeholders to deliver on campaigns & products
* Lead on campaign management on each appointed initiative, and quality control all deliverables to ensure they are on-brief, on-budget and on-time.
* Drive data analysis and reporting requirements for campaigns and projects
* Support loyalty components for events and roadshows (i.e. Trade showcase, sale rally)
* Manage day-to-day relationship with advertising agency(s) and fulfilment vendor(s) and manage asset libraries
* Monitor assigned category marketing budget lines to include estimates, invoice coding and tracking and end of month reconciliation.
* Support manager with other marketing loyalty initiatives as required

Skills & Experience

* Candidates will ideally have at least 2 years work related experience in corporate marketing environment with demonstrated technical proficiency including experience in end-to-end campaign management and loyalty marketing.
* Previous experience in loyalty marketing, campaign management, global campaign adaptation would be a distinct advantage
* Have local market & consumer knowledge - especially as relevant to the hospitality industry
* Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills with strong problem solving skills and results driven approach
* Good organisational and time management skills and proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint would be a huge advantage
