IQ Talent Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our key financial services clients, a specialist in asset management, supporting with the recruitment of a Personal Assistant on a permanent basis to join their London offices

The overall purpose of the role is to provide high level administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Client Solutions and additional members of the team

Duties & Responsibilities

* Responsible for extensive diary management for multiple stakeholders
* Inbox management where needed
* Dealing with travel and accommodation requests
* Utilising Salesforce day to day
* Provide assistance with key projects and external client communications
* First point of contact for a range of external and internal contacts including key clients
* Responsible for processing expenses
* Dealing with any reporting and analysis requirements (majority using Excel spreadsheets) - Creating, amending and updating
* Working with the wider PA team members within the group and other parts of the business on any ad-hoc project pieces

Skills & Experience

* Candidates will have extensive experience of working as a Personal Assistant with strong team player with excellent communication skills
* Ideally candidates will have excellent organisational skills, proven ability to multi task and prioritise with the ability to work under pressure and with conflicting priorities
* Previous experience of working in a similar role within Asset Management, Financial Services or Investment Banking would be a distinct advantage
* Proactive and flexible approach, candidate will operate with professionalism, honesty and integrity at all times
* Strong systems skills would be ideal, including Microsoft Word, Excel (sorting data) and Salesforce (training given for Salesforce)
