Interquest are currently hiring for an experienced IT Support Engineer/IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our client, a leading technology services provider based in West Yorkshire.

This is a career opportunity to join one of Yorkshire's leading technology support companies providing a range of IT, Communications and Design services to companies throughout Yorkshire.

Skills Required:-

- Cloud technologies - in particular Microsoft Office 365 - Exchange and Sharepoint Online etc
- Windows Server network environments - Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and Group Policy
- Windows Desktops - XP upwards
- Businesss networks - switches, routers, firewalls
- Remote Desktop servers / services

- Clear communicator - dealing with customers over the telephone and with good written communication skills
- Have some relevant experience - ideally providing IT Support in an outsourced role
- Have some relevant qualifications such as Microsoft or CompTIA certifications
- Open minded and flexible
