Database Administrator

Purpose of the role
Support the legal Europe, Development & Operations team. For both managed and franchised hotels with a database management, analysis and reporting requirements.

Role accountabilities
• Create first draft hotel project presentation for the development approval committee as appropriate
• Legal contacts database management
• Maintain portfolio/Franchise group listings in growth
• Bank guarantees (Primarily expiration dates)
• Research date input to hotel contact renewal and extension papers/memos also “change of ownership” papers/memos
• Liaising with external law firms and external advisors & financiers to owners.

Knowledge, Skills and behaviour required
• Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent administrative skills
• Good eye for detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, salesforce and MS MapPoint is desirable.

Qualifications
• Good Secondary Level of General Education
Database Administrator.
