This is a key Optimisation Analyst position sitting within the Digital function for a fast paced organisation based in Central London. With vast amounts of exposure and development available, this would be an ideal opportunity for someone with a few years’ experience looking to make their next steps.

Essentially, as a commercial digital specialist, you will be helping to identify opportunities to continually improve and enhance the effectiveness of digital products and services. As well as this, you will be working with the digital team to build business cases for digital customer improvement projects and providing insight into customer behaviour.

Other responsibilities include:

- Designing optimisation tests for digital asset improvements and driving changes on site to deliver customer and commercial KPI improvements.
- Applying statistical methods to manipulate data from online testing
- Providing actionable insights to key stakeholders to optimise conversion and customer journeys

Essential skills:

- Experience in an analytical position within web analytics and optimisation
- Conversion optimisation experience
- Google or adobe analytics
- Experience using analytical testing tools – optimizely, test and target
