Process Analyst- BPMM/ARIS

Process Analyst with experience around IT process mapping, documentation and statistical analysis is needed to work for a leading Higher Education client on a key business process engineering project. The Process Analyst will be responsible for IT process mapping and documentation utilising cross functional processes and BPMN or ARIS, statistical analysis and facilitating stakeholder workshops and administration of process library.

Process Analyst- BPMM/ARIS- Essential Skills

• Excellent skills and abilities around process analysis and workshop facilitation.
• Experience of working to a structured Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control (DMAIC) based process improvement.
• Experience of working with IT Service Management frameworks with ITIL foundation certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Visio.

Process Analyst- BPMM/ARIS- Desirable Skills
Lean Six Sigma yellow belt
• Exposure to ARIS or similar BPM tool.
• Experience with Minitab or similar statistical analysis tools.
• BPM certification
• Experience of working with AGILE/LEAN Methodologies.
