Business Analyst - Agile

Our client is an established, market-leading organisation with operations globally. Based near St Albans, they are now looking for a passionate IT professional to join their team highly skilled Business Analysis technical team. We are looking for an experienced IT professional who has Business Systems Analysis experience and worked on complex projects. Responsibilities include running comparative analysis, customer communication, compiling information and software for business requirements.

We are also looking for someone to develop their current analytical roadmap and work on some complex technical projects. You will develop customer insight to understand behaviours, characteristics and relationship with the organisation, and model the development within the analysis package and implementing new processes budgeting and forecasting and exploratory Business Analysis using a variety of techniques. You will quickly understand the business issues and system challenges of different parts of the organisation and review and edit requirements business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution, develop functional specifications and system design guidelines.

We're looking for someone who can write high quality Business Cases, Use Cases, Requirements Catalogues and BPMN process maps in accordance with project requirements. Provide analysis support to stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of a project to ensure business requirements are delivered appropriately. The right candidate will be working closely with technical teams (Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure & Operations) to ensure business requirements are accurately converted into technical solutions.We're looking for someone to have a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them; have a clear understanding of the firm's commitment to creating a more inclusive culture.

What we're looking for: -

* BCS (ISEB) qualified (or equivalent);
* Degree in an IT related discipline or qualified by experience;
* Any Agile/SCRUM certification and/or experience working in an Agile environment/applying Agile methodologies
* Competent in Business Process Mapping and writing user stories;
