Service Desk Analyst - £28K - Coventry

We have an opportunity to join a fast paced Aeroespace Engineering Company, who are in need of an experienced Service Desk/ Help Desk / IT Support Analyst, to resolve incoming tickets via email and phone.

The Service Desk Analyst will be required to log all incidents and service requests in the service management system, escalate incidents when needed, meet service level agreements and service objectives and so on.

* The successful service desk will need to demonstrate experience at 1st / 2nd Line support.
* A Logical approach to problem solving.
* Some degree of knowledge around ITIL.
* Ability to work in a demanding / fast paced environment.
* Experience with Windows Operating Systems.
* Microsoft Exchange
* Active Directory
* Desktop Administration
* Printer Support
