Technician - Data Centre
24/7 shift pattern

My client, who is the UK's largest data centre provider, is looking for a Technician to join their expanding team and assist with various day to day tasks to do with the running of a datacentre.
These tasks can include:
- Administration tasks, updating various spreadsheets
- Providing ongoing support to external customers
- General maintenance of the racks, including some cabling
- Reporting on various customer service systems

This is an exciting role with lots of further training being offered, for anyone who is interested in moving to the Data Centre/networking world.

Candidates are expected to have:
- Proficiency in MS Office, particualrly Microsoft Excel
- Proven admin experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Keen interest in moving to a Data Centre role
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
