We have a fantastic opportunity for a proven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Executive Search practice, Rees Draper Wright in NYC. The role will be to focus on either Technology, Operations or the Strategy sector, and you would be able to leverage off existing relationships whilst building out your own client portfolio. Our Search Consultants go after high level volume contingent roles. We work with a large client base of very prestigious organisation, and we want to continue to build the portfolio cross NYC and beyond.

We are looking for someone who has a successful track record of business development, a strong network within their niche and an eye for spotting new opportunities. You will need to have experience of working closely with clients, strong communication skills and be resilient and work with integrity. Executive search experience is not needed, we are open to people from a traditional agency background.

Our office is situated in Union Square; the role is hybrid working 2 days a week in the office. We have a mature culture that will empower you to own your role whilst being supported by a strong leader and support team. You can fill your own roles but also have access to a highly skilled delivery team situated in London so you can focus on business development.
