Managing Director

InterQuest Group Inc. (New York, NY) seeks Managing Director responsible for the daily management and growth of our technology practice. Create strategic growth plan for the US market. Guide our US practice towards the achievement of agreed strategic objectives while scaling the business. Oversee budget commitments. Accurately forecast monthly financial results to CFO/CEO. Achieve forecasted Non-Financial Information (NFI) and Earnings Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT). Conduct weekly management reporting. Attend Group Board Meetings. Define developmental goals for individual consultants; mentor and provide guidance/support towards achievement of those goals; conduct regular performance reviews. Maintain a positive, high-performance culture with good morale and high degree of individual accountability. Drive new business pursuits personally and across the team. Manage proposal development and quality control for client deliverables. Responsible for the selection and attraction of new hires. Manage and develop key client relationships and support individual consultants in their development of existing clientele. Manage incentives and rewards for individual staff members. Salary offered: $173,826.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field and 4 years of experience in technology recruitment and delivering technology staffing and consulting solutions, as well as experience in providing regular reports to C-level executives and managing client relationships.
