Founded in 2001, we’re an award-winning technology recruitment business. Technology has already totally changed the way we look at the world and behave within it. As tech has exploded, InterQuest has been perfectly positioned to support the market’s increasing reliance on niche talent and we’ve grown quickly to keep up with our clients’ demands for digital and IT skills. Today, our business is made up of four operating brands; InterQuest (tech specialist staffing), ECOM (digital specialist staffing), Rees Draper Wright (executive search) and IQ Talent Solutions (workforce management). Our brands work independently and collectively to enable every type of organization to acquire in-demand talent and develop human capital so they can respond more effectively to the challenges and opportunities of the future.

Each of our modern, spacious offices has its own unique culture, but all of our workspaces share that sense of camaraderie which really defines our family culture. You’ll find that colleagues are friendly and supportive of one another, whichever office you spend most of your time in.
New York is home to our US Head Office
Situated directly between the fashionable and uber-funky Union Square district of Manhattan and the iconic Madison Square Park, our New York office is ultra-modern with a few iconic nods to our company heritage (check the telephone booths!).
It all started in London, but we went global
In recent years, our business has expanded its services into overseas locations. We’ve got an office in New York, where the team focuses exclusively on the North American market and we’ve recently opened up an office in Frankfurt (Germany) to support our ongoing expansion within Europe as well.
Towards the end of 2016, InterQuest opened its New York office which is now called home by our North American brothers and sisters across the following brands; Rees Draper Wright, InterQuest and ECOM. The new office is situated directly between the fashionable and uber-funky Union Square district of Manhattan and the iconic Madison Square Park.
The amazing work-space boasts floor to ceiling windows, historic British phone booth's, conference rooms, a full kitchen and our very own emotional support dog in case anyone needs consolation for the times that a deal slips through your fingers at the last moment – which won't happen often as you'll be trained by such an awesome team!
Situated next to Cannon Street station and a five-minute walk from Bank, the conveniently located Cannon Green office premises only opened in 2017 but it’s now home to more than 100 InterQuest Group team members from each of our five operating brands; InterQuest, ECOM, Rees Draper Wright and IQ Talent Solutions.
The state of the art office provides our #family with a beautifully modern space to work in and the atmosphere is both vibrant and energetic. Facilities are exceptional, with an executive business suite for hosting important clients, a new concept Drake & Morgan bar, The Listing, and a fully kitted out Gymbox, you may never want to leave!
Towards the end of 2017, InterQuest opened its first European office in Frankfurt, Germany! The office is now home to our German brothers and sisters who are leading our business’s growth across Europe.
The dazzling new office is situated at the gorgeous WeWork Goetheplatz building; it spans multiple floors and has a modern twist to the architecture. Bright natural lighting from the building design really does flood into our office space, and with a state of the art kitchen and a couple of on-site restaurants, it’s the sort of place you just won’t want to leave!
